Probate

Probate is a legal proceeding to administer certain property owned by someone who has died and to see that all claims, expenses and taxes are properly paid and that the remaining estate is distributed to those entitled under the decedent’s will or Ohio law.

Probating an estate requires the appointment of a person to conduct the administration of the estate.  Whether the decedent did or did not leave a will, Jeff McQuiston has the knowledge and experience to handle the estate to the end.

Jeff would again like to advise you that a properly drawn Will assures you that, upon your death, your probate property will be distributed as you intend.  Jeff McQuiston will gladly help you in preparing that Will so that upon your death, the Probate process will be easily handled.
